The Dorchester Hotel is a five star luxury hotel on Park Lane, in London’s exclusive Mayfair. For 75 years, the Dorchester has welcomed celebrities, world leaders and society and provides the ultimate London address for visitors wanting to stay in the heart of London. Recipient of many awards, the Dorchester Hotel is rated by the AA amongst the Top 200 Hotels in Great Britain and Ireland.
In the summer of 2003, the Dorchester Hotel undertook an extensive programme of refurbishment when all of the rooms were restyled and redecorated to an exceptionally high standard. The restaurants, bars, the extensive conference and banqueting facilities have also benefited from updating, and are now considered some of the most elegant and well equipped in London.
Business Challenge 
In 2005, the Dorchester Hotel commissioned a follow–up refurbishment project with the objective to improve the staff accommodation and storage facilities in order to maintain the high deco standards throughout the hotel. In addition, their existing locker solutions did not meet all their changing storage requirements due to growing numbers of staff working at the hotel, currently around 750 people.
