LOCKERS MANUFACTURING FACILITIES  

Our locker manufacturing plant occupies some 35,000 sq feet of a ½ acre site, close to the M4 motorway in Caerphilly, that enables us to have complete control over the lockers manufacturing process. All the stages that are required to manufacture, finish, and complete lockers are carried out on site.

Having this control, over every stage of the locker manufacture, helps us to quickly develop new styles and innovative methods that provide complete storage solutions to our clients storage needs.

From the lockers design to the arrival of sheet steel, to the spot-welded construction and on to our anti-bacterial powder coating plant, we control the process on-site from start to finish.

The sheet steel is first taken, cut and spot-welded to form the locker design and then put through our special newly commissioned in 2006, anti-bacterial powder coating finishing plant. The anti-bacterial powder coating plant enables us to conform to the latest environmental standards.

Once complete, the lockers are assembled and tested, then finally individually wrapped and delivered by our staff in one of our 40ft lorries from our own fleet of vehicles.

With a work force of over 70 people, of which we are proud to say that a third have been with us for over 25 years, we have a wealth of experience in the manufacture of storage locker solutions.
